Douglas Arienti
Head Coach

Meet Douglas Arienti, founder and head coach of Skill Up Futsal Training. With a rich background in playing both varsity and professional futsal in Brazil, Coach Douglas brings extensive experience to his coaching. Since moving to Canada, he has trained thousands of players at prestigious organizations such as Brazilian Soccer Academy, FC Barcelona Escola, and Dutch Connections FC.
Douglas is a trained teacher, with Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in History. He also holds a Sport Business Management Certification and an Ontario Soccer C License. In addition to coaching, Douglas serves as a Training Manager at Right To Play, where he focuses on empowering local leaders in Indigenous communities to design and deliver high-quality sport programs.
David Cucuteanu

Bowmanville and Courtice
David Cucuteanu was born in Romania and moved to Canada as a child. With a degree in Forensic Psychology, he has a keen interest in the decision-making processes of futsal and soccer players. Drawing on his own experience as a competitive player, David transitioned into coaching, where he specializes in all abilities soccer. He is dedicated to creating an inclusive and empowering environment, combining his deep understanding of the game with a commitment to fostering growth and confidence in athletes.
Michael Arfanis

Michael Arfanis is a skillful midfielder who plays for Pickering League 2. Passionate about soccer, he has recently trained with Olympiakos FC in Greece. In addition to his playing career, Michael is dedicated to coaching young players, using his experience and skills to inspire and develop the next generation of athletes in Durham.
Chadwick Enebeli

Chadwick Enebeli is a Nigerian-Jamaican descendent based in Whitby. A former player with Ajax FC and Dero, Chadwick is currently a post-secondary student at Ontario Tech University. He is passionate about coaching and dedicated to supporting the development of young soccer players.
